By using the BeautifulPeopleSociety.com web site, a service of Beautiful People Society, Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").



Basic Terms



  1. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your user name.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  3. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Beautiful People Society users.
  4. You may not use the BeautifulPeopleSociety.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  5. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the BeautifulPeopleSociety.com service.
  6. You must not modify, adapt or hack BeautifulPeopleSociety.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with BeautifulPeopleSociety.com .
  7. iYou must not create or submit unwanted email or @reply messages to any Beautiful People Society members ("Spam").
  8. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  9. You must not, in the use of Beautiful People Society, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  10. During the “beta” stage, the Terms and Conditions may change without notice. Users are encouraged to check back periodically. When “beta” label is removed updates to the Terms will be emailed to BPS users.
  11. To keep users informed with the latest BPS news, all registrants will automatically "follow" the BPS twitter account (@beautifulpeople). You are free to unfollow us at anytime without reprocautions.


General Conditions



  1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the BeautifulPeopleSociety.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
  3. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts for any reason. This may include content that we consider to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.


Privacy



  1. Data collected during the signup process may be used by the Beautiful People Society to make the experience more enjoyable for each user.
  2. Under no circumstances will individual contact data, including emails and Twitter usernames be given to 3rd parties or partners.
